AVIV Aesthetics & Wellness is a skin, hair and aesthetic care clinic in Prashant Vihar, Rohini. We were founded on a straightforward idea: that good aesthetic care begins with listening, not with a treatment menu.

Consultation before recommendation

Every person who walks into AVIV starts in the same place — a conversation. Before any treatment is discussed, we want to understand your skin or hair concern in context: how long it has been there, what has changed, what you have already tried, what your daily routine looks like, and what you are actually hoping for.

That conversation matters because the same visible concern can have very different underlying causes from one person to the next. Pigmentation on one face and pigmentation on another may call for entirely different approaches. A treatment that suits one skin type may not suit another at all. Assessment comes first, always.

What guides our treatment planning

We build plans around four principles, and we apply them consistently.

Suitability over popularity

A treatment being widely requested does not make it right for you. We assess your skin type, medical history, current concerns and goals, and we will tell you plainly when something is not appropriate — including when the honest recommendation is to do nothing for now.

Realistic expectations, stated upfront

Before you begin anything, you should understand what a treatment involves, roughly how many sessions may be suggested, what the experience feels like, what the recovery looks like, and what it can and cannot address. We would rather have a frank conversation at the start than manage disappointment later.

Gradual and considered

Aesthetic work tends to reward patience. We generally favour a measured course of treatment with review points along the way over anything rushed or aggressive. Your plan is adjusted as we observe how your skin or hair actually responds.

Aftercare treated as part of the treatment

What happens between sessions has a real bearing on how a course progresses. You will leave with clear, specific aftercare guidance — not a generic leaflet — and you are welcome to ask questions between appointments.

The space

The clinic is on the ground floor at D-14, Prashant Vihar, Uttari Pitampura, in Rohini. It was designed to feel calm and private rather than clinical. Consultations happen in a private room, appointments are scheduled with enough time that nobody is rushed, and treatment areas are prepared individually between patients.

Who we look after

Our patients come to us with a wide range of concerns — acne and acne scarring, pigmentation and uneven tone, dullness and texture, unwanted hair, hair thinning and scalp concerns, signs of ageing, and general skin maintenance. Some come for a single treatment. Many come for an ongoing relationship with a clinic that knows their history.
